Key Requirements

  • Current NY State RN License
  • NYS NP license & registration
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Accredited Nurse Practitioner program graduate
  • Accredited Wound, Ostomy, Continence Program graduate
  • BLS required
  • At least two years nursing experience
  • One year Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
