Job Summary

  • This role plays a key part in driving Ray Tech’s corporate growth agenda through the development and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • As the M&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading or facilitating Ray Tech’s end-to-end M&A processes and collaborating closely with senior executives and global business leaders.
  • You will serve as a finance business partner to senior management and act as a key liaison to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities.

  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
