Lead and professionally develop consultants and delivery team members, while also being responsible for team’s adherence of the ECS Sales Process and internal communication framework.

Base: $60,000 - $250,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Commission and bonuses for sales positions; Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k) with match, wellness programs, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements
5 to 10 years related experience in sales and account management
5 to 10 years of people leadership experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales
Bachelor’s degree required
Successful experience in operations management in staffing or locum tenens staffing
Successful sales experience in professional or technical field
