This supervisory role provides daily administrative and technical management over facilities maintenance personnel who safely perform maintenance on hundreds of buildings utilizing common construction trades.
The position requires evaluating maintenance and repair techniques for Integrated Maintenance Program (IMP) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs, while recognizing and handling operational and personnel issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Requirements
