S&P Global Mobility is seeking an Associate Director for Intercompany Accounting & Global Settlements to lead the establishment of a global intercompany accounting function. The role involves overseeing intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing multi-currency settlements across various legal entities

Job Summary

  • This role will design and own the global intercompany framework — including policy, transfer pricing alignment, multi-currency settlement processes, elimination accuracy, and SOX-compliant controls.
  • In alignment with Treasury, will design and oversee centralized intercompany settlement and netting accounting processes.
  • Partner closely with Tax (transfer pricing and documentation), Treasury (settlement and funding flows), Regional Controllers, FP&A (entity-level reporting alignment), and Technical Accounting (complex intercompany arrangements).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • Experience with global operations and multi-currency settlements
  • CPA preferred
