  • Experience with HIPAA FCRA GLBA and sector-specific laws
  • CA State Bar membership in good standing

Nice-to-have

  • IAPP CIPP certification preferred
  • Sector experience in financial services or biometrics
  • Familiarity with AI governance programs and EU AI Act
  • Problem solver with comfort working in ambiguity
  • Superior writing and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of legal advice on data protection
  • Must be in good standing with CA State Bar
  • Excellent academic credentials required
