Job Summary

  • The main purpose of the role is to provide service, preventative maintenance, and repairs for all kitchen equipment throughout the hotel, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of food & beverage outlets.
  • Perform general building maintenance, emergency repair duties, and participate in shift rotations as needed to support overall Engineering operations.
