Job Summary

  • The People & Culture Manager acts as employee relations liaison and is responsible for creating and maintaining effective strategies that ensure Fairmont Dallas attracts, selects and develops the most vibrant, enthusiast, engaging hospitality professionals around.
  • Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, the responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to establishing an atmosphere and promoting a culture wherein people are engaged, responding to employee inquiries, managing benefits, facilitating communication, and championing employee recognition.
  • Qualifications include previous experience in Human Resources management, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism in a confidential environment, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills preferred
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition Systems and Ceridian Dayforce is an asset
