Job Summary
Responsible for overall account management, including facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Engage in sales activities for assigned customers, develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, and use prior experience to execute policy/strategy.
Lead FLIGHT DECK initiatives with a focus on driving improvements and standards for CX, CMS, cross-channel collaboration, training, projects, SOPS, and physiological safety.
