Job Summary
You will participate in the fight against counterfeiting and the protection of the Maison's creations, including daily contact with authorities and internal/external training.
You will be responsible for preparing customs files, drafting complaints, and preparing litigation files and cease and desist letters.
You will conduct legal watch and in-depth legal research, and prepare memos, guidelines, processes, and presentation materials.
