Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
  • At least 4 years of M&A investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience within the healthcare space
  • At least 2 years of sell-side M&A experience
  • FINRA Licenses - Series 63, Series 79, SIE
