  • The New Benefits Development Lead, Senior Vice President will provide strategic leadership for the identification, evaluation, and development of innovative new benefits across Citi's US Consumer Cards portfolio.
  • This role is critical in shaping the future of our customer offerings by leading cross functional teams to translate deep customer insights and market intelligence into actionable strategies.
  • The SVP will drive the entire lifecycle from strategic visioning and pipeline development to executive sponsorship, advanced business case creation, and the establishment of high-impact strategic partnerships.

Salary

Base: $176,720.00 - $265,080.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards; Benefits: medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
