  • The Parking Ambassador provides direct customer service, enforces UAMS parking regulations by issuing warnings and/or citations, and performs lot counts for available parking spaces.
  • The Ambassador operates the Remote Parking Management System (RPMS) 24/7/365, monitoring cameras and remotely assisting customers with parking transactions and exception management.
