Job Summary

  • Be responsible for the control and management of preventive and corrective maintenance of the distribution system, execution of the plan to combat losses, plan to combat delinquency, customer connection, obeying safety criteria, so that investments are duly remunerated by the regulatory body, meeting quality indices and regulatory deadlines, seeking process improvement, technological improvement and cost reduction, through the development and connection with the direct and indirect team (people management) of UTD Porto Seguro.
  • Manage employees through control and structuring of activities, continuous performance evaluation, development actions and implementation and maintenance of a good organizational environment.
