Job Summary
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for all of the components of the Embassy mechanical systems, including but not limited to, the building automation system (BAS), chiller plant, air handling units, variable air volume (VAV) system, potable water/waste water treatment plant and distribution system.
Oversees a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for critical and non-critical HVAC equipment and systems by directing personnel and ensuring they use KPIs to analyze equipment and system performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years project engineer experience
Minimum 1 year management and supervision experience
US Citizen
US Passport with minimum one plus year validity
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screen
Must possess USG issued Secret security clearance or favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) certification
