Job Summary

  • Provide expertise, support, and consultation on compensation, benefits, and incentive matters globally, with limited guidance and in support of strategic goals and priorities.
  • Plan, develop, and implement new and revised compensation, benefits, and incentive plans, policies, and procedures to be responsive to business goals and competitive practices.
  • Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations, including planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and addressing employee relations issues.
