Job Summary
Provide expertise, support, and consultation on compensation, benefits, and incentive matters globally, with limited guidance and in support of strategic goals and priorities.
Plan, develop, and implement new and revised compensation, benefits, and incentive plans, policies, and procedures to be responsive to business goals and competitive practices.
Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations, including planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and addressing employee relations issues.

Base: $103,500.00 - $288,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Dependent on position offered; Benefits: Range of health and welfare and/or other benefits
