Job Summary
Greet and welcome all guests at the main entrance and monitor and ensure smooth traffic flow at the driveway by directing cars and coaches accordingly.
Assist guests with taxi requests and in loading, unloading and tagging of luggage for from taxi or luggage van, and coordinate parking lots for VIP guests.
Maintain general cleanliness of the entrance and main door areas, ensure that they are free of obstacles and be conversant with the events of the day and of daily Hotel activities.
