The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and follow all established policies concerning exposure to blood and body fluids.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, transporting them to new rooms or medical tests, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the unit.
