Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW)
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Ohio
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of NASW Code of Ethics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Three years of healthcare experience
  • Social Worker or Case Management Certification
