This role requires managing medication administration, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring all personnel adhere to established policies and procedures for resident safety.
The successful candidate will participate in quality assurance programs, assist with facility surveys, and provide leadership to ensure high-quality compassionate care for residents.
