Job Summary

• The Director of Change Management is accountable for designing and executing the change and communications strategy that supports global deployment and adoption of commercial tools, processes, and capability building programs across Business Units and Regions.
• This leader will build and run an integrated change management engine that accelerates transformation outcomes by aligning stakeholders, equipping leaders, enabling end users, and ensuring clear, consistent communications that create understanding, commitment, and sustained behavior change.
