The RATP Group is seeking a Product Owner for ServiceNow and Referential Systems, located in Noisy-le-Grand, France. The role focuses on managing the lifecycle of ITSM products, collaborating with internal clients, and driving strategic product evolution within the company's Digital and Industrial Systems Division

Job Summary

  • Your main role will be to drive the strategic vision for the evolution of ITSM & Referential products, in line with IT production operational processes for our internal clients.
  • You will coordinate with the Tech Lead on the work of a team of 6 to 12 people (internal and external TMA) and co-manage significant budgets (over €1M).
