  • You will lead a team of APQP Engineers and play a critical role in supporting OEM and Tier 1 customer growth.

Salary

Targeted compensation: $115-135k; Pay Range: 96,000.00 - 144,000.00; Benefits: Immediate Day-One Benefits — medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with Roth option, and company-paid life/STD/LTD. Paid Parental Leave (4 weeks) and Tuition Reimbursement after one year.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in manufacturing quality, APQP, or supplier quality
  • 3+ years in leadership
  • Blueprint reading & GD&T experience
  • PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans experience
  • Machining, fabrication, or metals processing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
