Job Summary

  • Support and optimize the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Advanced Compensation processes in Workday.
  • Partner with Compensation, HRIS, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless execution of annual and off-cycle compensation events.
  • Develop and maintain compensation reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer or Prism Analytics.
