The primary purpose of this position is to assist the DSD, DON, and Administrator in administering facility policies and implementing orientation programs.
This role requires managing accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax calculations, deductions, and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident health information and ensure all HR functions comply with legal and government regulations.
