Job Summary

  • The Youth Involvement Outreach Coordinator will increase awareness of NC Division for Women and youth programs and their capability to serve various communities throughout the state.
  • The intern will create weekly newsletters, strategically increase youth programming initiatives, and assist with the Lady Cardinal Mentorship Program and activities.
  • The intern will promote youth programs and events, coordinate outreach to State Youth Councils, and assist with other projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Permanent North Carolina resident
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA on 4.0 scale
  • High school graduate and at least 18 years old by January 1, 2026
  • Currently enrolled in college or equivalent institution
  • Must continue education in fall after internship
  • Full-time availability for 10-week internship
  • Legal proof of identity and work authorization
