Job Summary

• The Manager, Maintenance will provide direction and support to a team of technicians in a multi-facility/multi-shift production environment, managing maintenance and repair services for complex electrical and mechanical Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and systems.
• Key responsibilities include developing and implementing standard procedures, coordinating preventative maintenance, planning technician activities, and preparing performance and expense reports.
• The role requires collaboration with operations, engineering, IT, and HR, as well as driving safety initiatives and monitoring CMMS usage.
