Skills & Requirements
Must-have
First and second level IT support
ServiceNow and Active Directory administration
Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365

Azure cloud technologies and Microsoft Intune
Audio-Visual technology support experience

Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years professional IT support experience
AVGSA Baseline Clearance required, NV1 preferred
