Job Summary
The central objective of Amazon.com’s employee relations team is to ensure our organization’s treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with our core business values and objectives.
This position will focus on site support activities that improve local and network employee relations by partnering with HRBPs, legal, and site leadership.
The role requires significant travel to all company sites located in Brazil and involves both proactive programs and reactive crisis-oriented employee relations work.
