Workday is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner who will collaborate with senior leaders, particularly the CFO, to develop and execute talent strategies within the Global Finance Organization. Job Summary

  • You will lead the talent strategy for the Global Finance Organization, as the primary PBP to Workday’s Chief Financial Officer (EVP).
  • This individual needs to be collaborative, partnering closely with global PBPs in EMEA and APAC, particularly in India where the Finance organization has a growing population.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $172,800 USD - $259,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $145,900 USD - $259,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
