Job Summary
The OTA provides skilled occupational therapy services to patients with physical disabilities or psychological disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and initiating discharge planning at the time of initial intervention.
The position requires PRN availability including at least one weekend shift per month and one holiday per year.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Certified in Indiana as OTA
Associate's degree from ACOTE program
Basic Life Support certification required
PRN and weekend shift availability
Collaborate with OTs and physicians
Nice-to-have
Advanced clinical experience preferred
Ohio licensure for cross-state work
Experience supervising students
Knowledge of QA&I activities
