Job Summary

  • Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day activities to ensure the production department is running efficiently and meets the expectations and needs of Customers and Stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers to evaluate current work tools, processes, tooling/equipment, and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Salary range from 11 500 to 18 000 PLN gross – depending on experience and advancement opportunities in international team.
