The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for assessing and managing various patient populations including those with medical and surgical conditions.
This position requires working Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM at the North End location.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Nursing and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license to be considered.

Manage own patient panel of 300-900 patients
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Perform complete histories and physical exams
Order and interpret laboratory diagnostic tests
Develop appropriate plans of care and follow-up

Collaborate with behavioral health providers
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Nursing required
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse State License
Minimum 2 years NP experience preferred
