Job Summary
The BMS Lead is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated digital building platforms across the portfolio.
This role takes a holistic view of “Smart Systems,” encompassing technology infrastructure, ICT (Information & Communications Technology), and all software systems used in day-to-day building operations and service delivery.
The BMS Lead will drive innovation, operational excellence, and user experience, ensuring the portfolio is recognized as a leader in smart building management.
