Job Summary

• Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors, responsible for developing and implementing efficient routes across several regions with regard to individual client needs.
• Must be able to receive, record, retrieve and deliver messages accurately, clearly and pleasantly; routinely solve operational problems, while maintaining cordial, professional relations with guardians, clients, program staff, customer staff, and all Company employees.
• Spend sufficient time behind the wheel to know the routes, the clients, the drivers, and the programs and facilities; observe and supervise drivers in action, provide emergency back-up for absent drivers.
