Job Summary

The Sr. LVN Supervisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the medical assistant staff and performing a variety of patient care activities.
This role will also perform supervisory duties such as time sheet corrections/approvals, scheduling and approving time off, performance evaluations, and interviewing/training staff.

Key Requirements
Two years of work experience in providing primary care
California State Licensed Vocational Nurse (IV certified)
Phlebotomy certification and BCLS/BLS card
Skill in performing phlebotomy
Skill in administering injections and immunizations

Interpersonal skills
Skill at working independently and prioritizing assignments
Ability to pass a Basic Health Worker course and obtain certificate
Ability to prioritize and follow through on assignments
