Job Summary

• Assist with intake requests, collaborate with the database engineering team and the database production support team and internal customers to deliver an enterprise-level database backend solution for top-tier applications.
• Responsible for all aspects of database administration for SQL Server databases including problem solving, configuration, and implementation efforts for large and / or complex projects with an emphasis in operation excellence and continuous improvement of database related processes and procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring high levels of data available and database performance.

Key Requirements

• 8 - 11 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 10-12 years of Database experience
• Understanding of the SQL language and ability to write SQL queries
• Experience with query tuning, performance tuning and database design
• Experience in developing and maintaining MS SQL Server databases, data warehouse and multidimensional DBs
