Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting all changes in condition or incidents.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information while assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and end-of-life care tasks.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor resident condition and report changes
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Document care entries and incident reports accurately

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
