Job Summary

  • As a MineStar Performance Engineer, you will be at the core of both staffed and autonomous mining operations, partnering closely with customers to elevate safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • You will lead and deliver Site Assessments, continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, and performance tool implementations, while providing coaching and mentoring to Caterpillar teams, dealers, and mining customers.
  • This role offers the chance to influence the future of mining operations and be recognized as a MineStar subject matter expert, with travel required (25–50%) to Caterpillar offices and remote mine locations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or IT

  • Experience with mining technology systems or heavy mining equipment
  • Fluency in English
