Job Summary

  • This role is a critical leadership position responsible for building and scaling a centralized Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) that enables Chemours’ most important transformation priorities.
  • The Director of Change Management serves as the enterprise leader and “player‑coach” for Change Management at Chemours, accountable for defining the enterprise change strategy, establishing standards and governance, building practitioner capability, and ensuring change adoption and value realization.
  • Success in this role requires strong strategic leadership, deep change management expertise, enterprise influence, and the ability to translate strategy into execution.

Salary

Base: $177,811.00 - $277,830.00; Bonus/Equity: 27% Annual Bonus Target, $65,000.00 Annual Stock Amount; Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Packages

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in change management
  • Demonstrated experience building or leading an enterprise Change Management function or Center of Excellence
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-year transformations
  • Strong executive presence
