  • Provide swift and effective recruitment support to agency and internal departments, aiming to uplift No. of new recruits while keeping tack on new recruit’s overall business performance so as to contribute to the business goals.
  • Implement and drive company recruitment strategies aimed at meeting business KPIs, such as the number of new recruits (NR), AIAPA NR, leader activity, NR active ratio, finance package validation ratio, and retention rates.
  • Strategically boost agency momentum to align with the company's growth ambitions, particularly in the area of agency recruitment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience
  • Experience in insurance, brokerage, consulting, or financial sectors
  • Experience with Insurance Authority, Immigration Consultation, Visa Renewal, Agency Recruitment or Customer Relationships is advantageous
  • Strong communication, presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Quickly adapts to new initiatives
  • Takes ownership of achieving business objectives
  • Demonstrates teamwork, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
