You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions, ensuring delivered services are optimized to meet business demands.
Key responsibilities include acting as the first line of support for INFOR Time & Attendance users, managing user access, supporting system configuration, and monitoring integrations.
The role requires collaboration with HR and Payroll to resolve discrepancies, support testing of system upgrades, and assist in creating training materials for smooth user adoption.

Key Requirements
2+ years of experience with HRIS, payroll, or time & attendance systems
Hands-on experience with INFOR Time & Attendance strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in a support or HR operations role is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
Knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance (advantageous)
