Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for leading and supervising all maintenance operations allocated to the client, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Implement and maintain training, best practices, and standardized operating procedures in all sites under your management, monitoring and ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Manage maintenance teams, including active participation in selection processes, overtime control, and ensuring adherence to internal procedures.
