Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement by managing Kaizen events and utilizing the Regal Rexnord Business System.
  • The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives while developing problem-solving capabilities across the organization.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship and are expected to travel approximately 50% of the time.
