Chanel is seeking a Watches and Fine Jewelry Manager for the Benelux Scandinavia region, responsible for driving business growth in luxury retail across various networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, with a focus on client experience and operational excellence
Job Summary
Responsible for developing and steering the Watches and Fine Jewelry business across all BenSca networks, within Fashion boutiques and the Wholesale network.
Build the annual commercial targets, coordinate monthly objectives with boutiques, and ensure follow-up, while leading performance improvement action plans.
Collaborate closely with Local and regional teams to align strategies and ensure excellence in execution, while promoting a consistent client experience.
