This role will support the Boeing International Total Rewards team by acting in a support capacity for our TR leaders in Europe, UKI and METACA as well as chief of staff duties for the broader team

Job Summary

  • This role will support the Boeing International Total Rewards team by acting in a support capacity for our TR leaders in Europe, UKI and METACA as well as chief of staff duties for the broader team.
  • Total Rewards regional support will include market and trend analytics, development of Total Rewards policies and processes, survey submissions, market range development, and general implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes ensuring locally competitive programs that meet business objectives.
  • Chief of staff duties to include LEAN focal responsibilities, management and maintenance of team resources, and project planning duties.

  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders globally
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Current legal authorisation to work immediately in Italy
