  • Proven ability to translate system requirements to cell specifications
  • Experience with battery test systems and methodologies
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical documentation and report-writing capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 15–25%
