  • Active US state bar membership in good standing

  • 10+ years of intellectual property legal experience
  • Technical degree in Engineering or related field
  • Expertise in US and international patent portfolio development
  • Knowledge of IP laws and practices in Asia

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Asia IP laws and practices
