Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
Active US state bar membership in good standing
Registered to practice before the USPTO
10+ years of intellectual property legal experience
Technical degree in Engineering or related field
Expertise in US and international patent portfolio development
Knowledge of IP laws and practices in Asia
Nice-to-have
Experience advising on semiconductor portfolios
Familiarity with emerging technologies like quantum computing
Strong business acumen and strategic judgment
Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
Collaborative approach across global functions and cultures
Key Requirements
JD from accredited law school
Active US state bar membership (California preferred)
USPTO registration required
Technical degree in Engineering, Physics, CS, Chemistry, or Materials Science
10+ years IP legal experience in law firm or in-house setting
Demonstrated expertise in Asia IP laws and practices
