Job Summary
Lead the facility’s infection control program as the primary advocate for resident and staff safety, ensuring compliance with CDC, OSHA, and local health department regulations.
Plan, develop, and direct the infection control program, including surveillance, staff education on aseptic techniques, and managing TB management and bloodborne pathogen standards.
Serve as a key member of the Infection Control Committee, providing reports on nosocomial infections and corrective actions, and manage employee health programs like TB testing and Hepatitis B vaccinations.
