Employees must identify residents correctly before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information while ensuring a calm and warm environment throughout the unit.

Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
